Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinical Director for outpatient orthopedic clinics in Los Alamos and Santa Fe, NM. This full-time role blends hands-on patient care with leadership across two locations, featuring one-on-one 45-minute visits and a clinic culture focused on mentorship and consistent care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure before starting.
• Three to five years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic treatment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and individualized treatment for orthopedic patients.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Oversee clinical services and support daily operations across both clinics.
• Guide, mentor, and support staff Physical Therapists.
• Promote consistent standards for patient care and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, patient flow, and clinic needs.
• Monitor clinical performance and support improvements in care delivery.
• Maintain clear communication between Los Alamos and Santa Fe teams.
