Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Clinic Director for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in the Imperial Valley region. You will lead all aspects of clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow, with a strong focus on profitability and patient satisfaction.

The role requires an active PT/OT licensure with a minimum of three years of clinical experience and one year in supervision, plus a doctorate or master’s in PT/OT or PTA/COTA program

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state licensure in PT/OT/PTA/COTA is required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PTA/COTA program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive clinic processes.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for clinicians and staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve team goals and growth.
• Foster referral relationships and coordinate with Front Office and Business Development teams.
