AID Performance Physical Therapy in Ashburn, VA seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Technician / PT Aide (Pre-PT / Kinesiology Track). You will work closely with licensed therapists, assist with patient exercises, and support testing and performance programs in a high-performance orthopedic clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pending) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Biology or related field.
• Available Monday–Friday.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• EMR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment flow.
• Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Apply hot/cold therapy and basic modalities.
• Help guide patients through exercise programs.
• Support front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering phones, scanning paperwork, collecting patient forms.
• Assist with force plate testing and performance programs.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
