Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team and help launch a new Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will perform comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based treatments to maximize patient independence and function.

The ideal candidate has hospital or medical office experience, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Graduates of an accredited physical therapy program.

Position

Join our growing rehabilitation team as we launch a new Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment services that support patients in achieving their highest level of independence and function. The successful candidate will bring rehabilitation experience, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new program while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Hours

Full-time Monday-Friday, including covering an occasional weekend.

Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of accreditation standards and compliance requirements. They should exhibit strong proficiency in the principles, methods, materials and equipment utilized in physical therapy. The ability to comprehend and adhere to the instructions of the department manager, as well as established policies and procedures, is essential. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a hospital or medical office setting.

Education

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program. They are required to hold a current state license, certification or registration with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. A valid BLS certificate is required.
