People Well Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team in Emeryville, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based exercise and functional training.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safety and home programs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation professionals, and the interdisciplinary team.
