Job summary

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (MOS division) seeks a Staff Physical Therapist for our Bethesda location. You will deliver evidence-based care, participate in continuing education, and collaborate with physicians for coordinated patient care.

New grads considered; strong mentorship and growth opportunities are provided. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, administering treatments, documenting progress, and ensuring reimbursement compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where practicing.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience and proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care 100% of work time with thorough documentation.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine care plans.
• Conduct tests and measurements (ROM, strength, sensation, function).
• Administer physical therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Meet or exceed CAO productivity standards.
• Document treatments and outcomes in patient charts per regulations.
• Abide by insurance guidelines for coverage and reimbursement.
• Supervise PT assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other providers for patient recovery.
• Participate in team meetings and CAO education events.
• May work at other CAO locations and occasional evenings.
