Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services with thorough evaluations and treatments in line with state laws and ethics.
• Design and adapt therapeutic interventions across exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain precise documentation including evaluations, SOAP notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure compliant documentation and billing practices; support front desk with authorizations.
• Maintain safety and minimize risks in the clinical environment.
• Pursue ongoing learning through CEU, journals, and professional organizations.
• Participate in in-service presentations and knowledge sharing.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to a consistent work schedule with reliability.
• Report issues to the Physical Therapy Director to foster solutions.
