Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a dynamic, collaborative setting. You will design and modify interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and home programs.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, Medicare reevaluations, and supporting billing and authorizations. New grads welcome; CT/NY licensure eligibility is required, with a commitment to ongoing education and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• DPT required and eligible for CT (NY if ONS Harrison) licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluations and treatments per policy and ethics.
• Document evaluations, SOAP notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Maintain billing accuracy and assist with front desk authorizations.
