Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities and physical conditions, tailoring treatment strategies to individual requirements.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring they align with patient goals and conditions.
• Introduce and teach patients and their families about home exercise programs, focusing on injury prevention and effective lifestyle modifications.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to drive patient improvement and enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as required and ensuring accurate documentation of notes and evaluations in line with regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Engage in continuing education, staying updated with advancements in physical therapy practices, and implementing new methodologies that can benefit our patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
