Job summary

Vital Solutions Physical Therapy, Inc. in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our onsite team.

This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary group. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, be licensed in New Jersey, and have at least 2 years of orthopedic rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• At least 2 years of orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
• Strong clinical skills in manual therapy and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention.
• Apply hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and document notes per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
