Holistic Health PT Clinic in Riverview, Florida is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The role is full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, with patient-centered care and a focus on restoring mobility and function.

You will apply manual therapy, personalized exercise programs, and EMR documentation (WebPT) while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes for adult patients with surgical recovery, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal

Qualifications

Licensed physical therapist with Florida license in good standing.
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Proficient in manual therapy and designing effective exercise programs.
Experience documenting care using EMR systems such as WebPT.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve mobility and function goals.
Provide evidence-based care with emphasis on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
Document progression, modalities, and outcomes accurately for compliance and quality.
Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate treatments and evaluations.
Educate patients on wellness and lifestyle changes to support recovery.
