Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Current and active license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Strong understanding of EMR systems, WebPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address patients' goals and physical requirements.
• Manage a focused caseload of one patient per hour with personalized attention and effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans with various treatment modalities Tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care, improving range of motion and mobility.
• Help reduce reliance on medications by exploring alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation process, improving function and wellness.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services thoroughly, maintaining clear communication with the team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
