Job summary

Holistic Health PT Clinic in Boca Raton, FL seeks an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will assess patients, tailor treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation after injury or surgery in an onsite environment from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, use evidence-based manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, document in WebPT, and help patients regain range of motion and mobility while pursuing excellent outcomes and quality of

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy and designing exercise regimens.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient goals and tailor treatment plans.
• Manage caseload with one patient per hour.
• Apply orthopedic interventions for diagnosis, treatment, rehab, and prevention.
• Use evidence-based modalities and therapeutic exercises.
• Develop comprehensive care plans including manual therapy and exercises.
• Motivate patients throughout rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Evaluate outcomes and communicate progress to patients.
• Document care accurately in EMR systems (WebPT).
