Job summary

Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida to deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopaedic care. You will assess patients, craft individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve function and outcomes.

The role requires an active Florida PT license, a Master's degree or higher, and at least 1 year in rehab and interventional pain, plus customer service and EHR experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required for candidate
• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida (FL) is mandatory
• 1+ years of Rehabilitation experience required
• 1+ years of Interventional Pain experience required
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience required
• 1+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation or Medical Coding preferred
• 1+ years of experience in EHR Implementation/Optimization/Training required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals
• Provide physical therapy services using evidence-based interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, home exercise programs, and outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies; assist in equipment maintenance
• Meet clinic productivity expectations while delivering high-quality care
• Support clinic operations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Attend department meetings and participate in continuing education
