Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic/neurological caseload. The role offers one-on-one patient care, a supportive clinical team, and a flexible schedule with dedicated documentation time throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic or neurological conditions preferred.
• Ability to evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
