Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient role with our client in Fort Collins. New graduates are welcome.

You will work with patients one-on-one, in a supportive clinical team, with a flexible schedule and dedicated documentation time throughout the day. This position offers a flexible schedule, 24–25 hours per week with potential to go full-time, and an in-person work setting.

• Responsibilities include evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
