Job summary

Ridgeview Medical Center in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat clients in the Rehab Specialties department. The PT will provide access, intervention and discharge for all ages within professional practice guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, documents care, and discharges client cases according to RMC and professional standards.
• Provides current and quality treatment, utilizing Ridgeview resources to promote quality care.
• Communicates with patient, health care providers, insurer and others to ensure patient needs are addressed.
• Exhibits knowledge of hours of operation, patient flow, visit procedures, and chart audits.
• Understands reimbursement and regulatory guidelines for care and environment.
• Supervises PTAs, Aides, students and volunteers when therapy is provided.
• Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
