Job summary

Ridgeview is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the Rehab Specialties department. You will manage evaluation, intervention, and discharge for all ages within the professional scope of practice.

Responsibilities include delivering quality care, documenting outcomes, and communicating with patients and providers to meet care needs, while supervising support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to different work locations to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, documents care, and discharges client cases according to standards.
• Provides high-quality treatment and uses resources to promote continued quality care.
• Communicates with patient, healthcare providers, and insurers to address patient needs.
• Maintains knowledge of department operations, visit procedures, and chart audit procedures.
• Adheres to reimbursement and regulatory guidelines for care and environment.
• Supervises PTAs, ATCs, aides, students, and volunteers as needed.
• Delivers professional and courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
