The role requires a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy (or Bachelor’s with PT certificate), an Ohio license, BLS, and 3–5 years of experience, with strong communication.

You will document progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.

Qualificações

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy (or Bachelor’s degree with PT certificate).
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience preferred.
• Current Ohio PT license; BLS required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Evaluates and re-evaluates patient’s function per diagnosis and physician referral.
• Develops plan of care with measurable goals.
• Sets treatment frequency, duration and rehab potential.
• Alters or discontinues therapy based on patient response.
• Documents progress and discharge summaries; coordinates with care team.
