Job summary

Westlawn Surgery Center in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our orthopedic-focused team. The Circulating RN will position, prep, and circulate cases, ensuring patient safety and smooth intraoperative flow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience
• Must have orthopedic experience
• Current unrestricted TN RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• CNOR preferred
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient for surgery.
• Prep the patient and assist the circulator.
• Circulate the case during surgery.
