Westlawn Surgery Center is actively seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN Circulator. The role focuses on patient positioning, preoperative preparation, and circulating during cases in a new, single-specialty facility.

The RN must have a nursing degree, an active TN license, and OR experience, with BLS/ACLS; CNOR is preferred. We offer a supportive, patient-centered environment with opportunities to contribute to orthopedic surgery care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience.
• Orthopedic experience required.
• Current TN RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Operating Room Registered Nurse at Westlawn Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Qualifications for Operating Room Nurse

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience
• Must have orthopedic experience
• Current unrestricted TN RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• CNOR preferred
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
