ConnectedHealth is seeking a Contract OR Circulator Nurse for a 13-week assignment near Aiken, South Carolina. You will support surgical teams, ensure patient safety, and optimize perioperative workflow in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (Georgia), BLS, ACLS, and PALS with at least 2 years in orthopedic OR circulation or surgical nursing, and demonstrates strong communication and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of orthopedic nursing experience.
• Proven experience as OR Circulator or in surgical nursing roles.
• Familiarity with hospital settings and surgical procedures.
• Ability to review and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare patients and ensure equipment is sterile and ready for use.
• Maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards during procedures.
• Document and communicate patient information accurately throughout the perioperative process.
• Support surgeons and anesthesia providers by providing essential supplies and assistance during surgeries.
• Execute patient positioning, monitoring, and post-operative care activities as directed by surgical staff.
