Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient evaluations and OT plans.
• Prepare patients for daily living and return-to-work activities.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Fabricate custom splints and UE orthotics and maintain inventory.
• Supervise COTA and OT/COTA students; participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and document discharges and paperwork.
