Job summary

The Bone & Joint Center in North Dakota seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bismarck or Dickinson. The role blends clinic work with surgical assisting in a busy orthopaedic practice, providing direct patient care and supporting surgeons.

You will perform histories and exams, order and interpret tests, and help develop treatment plans while maintaining thorough documentation. ND license, BLS, and DEA are required; orthopaedic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant or NP.
• Unencumbered ND licensure and credentials.
• BLS and DEA required.
• Orthopaedic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and surgical assisting for orthopaedic patients.
• Perform histories, exams, and order radiology/lab tests.
• Assist surgeons during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and coordinate care.
• Adhere to OSHA/HIPAA and infection-control policies.
