Qualifications

• RN licensed; graduate of accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification; 2-3 years nursing experience.
• Preferred: BSN, ACLS, orthopedic or care coordination experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend/reach.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and support quality metrics.
• Coordinate care across pre-op to post-acute stages.
• Collaborate with physicians and support services to optimize outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education and supervise documentation.
