Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Preferred: experience in orthopedic or transitional care settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily operations across Orthopedic and Transitional Care Units.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality, patient safety, and financial performance.
• Develop and mentor nursing staff; foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow and discharge planning.
