Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing required with Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
- National Nursing Certification in Specialty or Nursing Leadership preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience; leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Manager Nursing oversees 24/7 unit/department operations.
- Lead staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient throughput.
- Ensure patient safety and high quality outcomes through evidence-based practices.
- Coordinate care with physicians, other departments, and support services.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and adherence to regulatory standards.
