Responsibilities

• Conduct daily follow-up and rounds with the care team.
• Coordinate discharge planning with case manager and attending physician.
• Assist orthopedic surgeons in surgery per operating room policies and procedures.
• Complete histories and physicals as needed; document care accurately.
