Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Establishes and maintains communication, and uses teaching opportunities for patients and families.
• Delivers age-appropriate care on the unit with necessary skills.
• Collaborates with Physician regarding patient condition, orders, treatment, and needs.
• Demonstrates accountability and leadership for LPNs, aides, and secretaries to ensure quality care.
• Complies with organizational policies to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains department competencies for patient care.
• Displays Service Excellence by embodying the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
