Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a permanent position in Kansas. The role focuses on orthopedic procedures with strong total joint and sports medicine exposure, across multiple specialties in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will support surgical teams, set up ORs, handle instrumentation (Zimmer/Arthrex), and participate in room turnover while maintaining high standards of patient care. Various shift options and 28.28–48.38 hourly pay are offered.

Qualificações

• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• Orthopedic surgical experience required.
• Strong experience with total joint replacement and sports medicine procedures.
• Proficiency with Zimmer and Arthrex instrumentation and equipment.
• Must be comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties.
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pulling and preparing cases
• Setting up operating rooms for procedures
• Assisting surgical teams throughout procedures
• Terminally cleaning rooms
• Maintaining appropriate instrumentation and equipment
• Supporting multiple surgical specialties
• Assisting with SPD duties, including putting away instruments, when needed
• Helping with breaks and lunches as part of the surgical team
