Next Move Healthcare in Manhattan, KS is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join a fast-paced operating room team. The role emphasizes orthopedic procedures, total joint replacements, sports medicine, and multi-specialty support across six OR suites.

Candidates should have orthopedic experience and be proficient with Zimmer and Arthrex instrumentation, working closely with surgeons and perioperative staff.

Qualificações

• Education: Surgical technology program or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior orthopedic surgical experience required with instrumentation.
• Certifications: BLS from AHA or ARC.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for procedures.
• Scrub as technologist and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Support orthopedic and multi-specialty surgeries using Zimmer/Arthrex instrumentation.
• Assist with case pulls, room setup, and terminal cleaning as needed.
• Maintain sterile fields and adhere to aseptic protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia staff to ensure safe care.
