LanceSoft seeks an experienced Surgical Technologist (Operating Room) for its Manhattan, KS team. You will support a fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical service, with strong orthopedic experience and proficiency in Zimmer and Arthrex instrumentation.

The role offers full-time direct-hire positions, with 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, no weekends, and comprehensive benefits. Collaboration and strict sterile technique are essential.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Orthopedic surgery experience is required, including joint replacements and sports medicine.
• Experience with Zimmer and Arthrex instrumentation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare operating rooms and instruments for procedures.
• Assist surgeons during procedures while maintaining sterile technique.
• Pull cases, set up equipment, and prepare supplies.
• Perform terminal cleaning and room turnover after procedures.
• Float to Sterile Processing as needed for instrument management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team for efficient patient care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
