Job summary

New Grad is seeking a Co-Op/Intern to support engineering teams in the commercialization of orthopedic devices (hip, knee, spine). Three rotations focus on design and development (GDC), manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering.

The candidate will assist in timelines, prototyping, testing, supplier coordination, and documentation while learning ISO and FDA compliance requirements.

• Assist in design & development to conceptualize and develop complex new products.
• Support DF(Mat) with manufacturability and DM(R) development.
• Monitor quality performance for new product development and participate in quality activities.
• Generate gage designs and analyze data to identify trends for process improvements.
• Lead quality projects for continuous improvement and participate in audits.
