Zimmer Biomet invites engineering students to join its Development Co-Op Program. The multi-rotational assignment engages you in daily R&D tasks within a global MedTech company. You will rotate 3–5 times, including Spring and Fall full-time work, and may relocate on-site for assignments.

Co-ops design, develop, and process orthopedic implants, instruments, and technologies under a project leader or manager. Training, workshops, and technical exposure are provided to grow engineering skills.

Formación

• Must be actively enrolled in an academic program for the entire duration of the assignment.
• Pursuit of a B.S./B.E. degree in engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical majors preferred).
• GPA of 3.2+ preferred.
• Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the co-op session.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Skills in CAD/ GD&T, project management, and product development are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design control element generation (e.g. risk analysis, DFMEAs, design reviews).
• Participate in cross-functional project teams.
• Complaint investigations.
• Technical report writing.
• May participate in cadaveric studies.
