Medartis is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment for our US operations. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will lead onboarding for onsite and remote employees, maintain requisition data in the applicant tracking system, and support IT and HR in onboarding readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in orthopedics or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events.

• Manage the full recruitment process from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set requirements and plans.
• Create and update job descriptions to reflect responsibilities.
• Source passive candidates through networks and job boards.
• Lead new hire orientations for onsite and remote employees.

• Maintain candidate records and hiring metrics.
