Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed formal Medical Assistant training and EHR experience.
• Orthopedic or specialty practice experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; ICD coding knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently support providers by assisting up to 45 patients daily, including vitals and medical history.
• Enter patient information into the EHR and assist with injections and suture removal.
• Support orthopedic procedures and ensure a patient-focused experience.
• Collaborate with a high-functioning team and follow clinical protocols.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with OSHA, HIPAA guidelines.
