Job summary

OrthoAlliance is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians with H&P, patient flow, rooming, and routine clerical tasks in an orthopedic practice.

The role requires CMA/RMA completion, proficiency with EMR systems (Athenahealth, NextGen, Epic), strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced clinic. Travel to satellite offices may be required. Competitive benefits are offered. This is a daytime, on-site position with occasional on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; CMA/RMA preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and orthopedic clinical workflows.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with H&P, patient flow and rooming.
• Process physician messages and document encounter forms.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with casts, injections and supplies.
