Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in regulated or medical devices a plus.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Proficiency with ATS tools and professional networks for hiring.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process: intake, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to set requirements, priorities, and criteria.
• Create and update job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and qualifications.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through networks and job boards.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and specialized orthopedic device roles.
• Lead all new hire orientation sessions for onsite and remote employees.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and IT access with managers and partners.
• Maintain requisition data, candidate records, and ATS metrics; ensure confidentiality.
• Represent the company at career fairs and partner with external recruiters as needed.
