Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of orthopedic casting, splinting, or DME experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment with EMR usage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with orthopedic patient care and procedures.
• Perform advanced casting, splinting, bracing, and DME application.
• Manage technician appointments and patient follow-up needs.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Mentor and support clinical team members.
• Maintain clinic inventory and assist with operations.
