Qualifications

• Active NYS LPN license or ATC BOC certification.
• 2+ years experience in a high-volume medical office.
• Experience in wound care and casting preferred.
• EMR knowledge required (MEDENT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Perform clinical duties in Express, Cast Room, and pods.
• Apply and remove casts, sutures, staples, braces.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Document vitals, history, and update patient charts.
• Manage patient records, insurance, and appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms and replenish supplies.
• Train team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
