Job summary

OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers is seeking an Orthopedic Laser Therapy Technician to deliver non-invasive laser treatments and monitor patient progress. You will educate patients, maintain a clean clinical environment, and work closely with a collaborative team to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, strong foundational anatomy knowledge, and comfort with EMR systems in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Certification, degree (completed or in progress) or relevant healthcare experience.
• Foundational knowledge of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system.
• Experience with patients in clinical, fitness, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with EMR and new technologies.
• Organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple patients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Laser Therapy treatments for patients (2–3 per hour).
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting as needed.
• Educate patients on laser therapy and treatment expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth patient flow and service.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen clinical and technical expertise.
