Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience; orthopedic implant or medical device assembly preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control principles; FDA regulations and ISO standards preferred.
• Lean manufacturing familiarity and continuous improvement experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow precise instructions; teamwork and integrity.
