Qualifications

• Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• NY State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required upon hire
• ARRT certification with CE credits required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality X-ray images by conducting exams safely and efficiently
• Verify and follow orders while complying with departmental policies
• Position patients and use immobilization as needed for accurate imaging
• Receive training and supervision from senior technologists to perform required tasks
• Perform general imaging studies and handle related paperwork and PACS transfer
