• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Check insurance eligibility and discuss costs of service.
• Obtain insurance authorizations as needed.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and staff.
• Data entry and maintenance of patient records.
• Handle cash and copay collections.
• Provide appointment reminders and assist with medical records as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
