Responsabilidades

• Ensure front desk area is prepared and welcoming for patients.
• Greet patients and confirm intake information and appointments.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances; verify insurance cards.
• Explain and obtain credit card on file agreements.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, diagnostics, and injections.
• Prepare clinic paperwork and process end-of-day tasks.
• Scan and route documents to patient records.
