• Ability to monitor patient conditions and manage pain.

Responsabilités

• Performs initial and ongoing nursing assessments for post-operative patients.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans for extended recovery.
• Implements safe interventions per care plan and standard procedures.
• Evaluates patient response to care and adjusts plans accordingly.
