Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years as a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
  • Preferred 3 years of teaching, mentoring, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and develop didactic course content.
  • Track participant outcomes and performance reviews.
  • Mentor residents and lead professional development initiatives.
  • Perform a performance review of Residency Assistants.
  • Act as lead instructor for weekend laboratory intensives.
  • Assess resident remediation needs and participate in remediation.
  • Mentor residents at least once per year or as needed.
  • Participate in program and company marketing opportunities.
  • Lead professional development of the host company.

What You Do:
  • Teaching and development of didactic course content
  • Tracking of participant outcomes
  • Direct the assigned Faculty Adjunct in curriculum updates
  • Perform a performance review of the assigned Residency Assistant
  • Act as lead instructor for the assigned weekend laboratory intensive
