Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Orthopedic Unit according to nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with a focus on safety and quality.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment home care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
