Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Orthopedic Unit. This full-time night shift offers a demanding, rewarding role on a 23-bed specialty unit caring for orthopedic trauma, sports injuries, and post-surgical needs.

Join a multidisciplinary team with strong emphasis on patient safety, education, and coordinated care. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a supportive culture focused on growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma/associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness/injury, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Develops and documents plans of care with interprofessional team and communicates across care continuum.
