Job summary

Medical Associates Clinic & Health Plans is seeking an orthopedic clinic team member (CMA/LPN/RN) to educate and support patients through recovery, work with surgeons and APPs, and ensure a seamless patient experience from intake to discharge.

You will handle vitals, medication reviews, appointments, and documentation while supporting a collaborative, patient‑centered culture on West Campus.

Qualifications

• Experience: From three months to one year of similar or related experience. New grads welcome to apply.
• Education: Must possess a current CMA certification or LPN/RN licensure, or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient health data, review medical records, and coordinate with physicians to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with health care team according to plan of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and others; promote patient wellness and education.
• Document care provided and maintain the medical record integrity.
• Facilitate reimbursement of services, including charges and referrals.
• Maintain a safe, neat office environment and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to quality and efficiency improvements.
• Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
